Looking for a quality vocal construction kit

Im looking for a quality vocal kit ,I have a few kits but
none of them have full construction kits on each set for example

just a lot of oohs and ahhs and shouts and hooks.

So can someone let me know some names of some better kits
cause i want to spend the money but with the right kit ,or my last resort would be to hire a vocalist and just sample there voice.

so let me know some other titles that would be perfect for Trance ,Techno and ,Old Skool.
