Why do you think President Bush "snubbed" Canada?
This is a big topic, so I thought I'd post a poll to get some clear-cut opinions...
I honestly think it was an absent-minded mistake. However, didn't Colin Powell make up for it later?
ya colon powell thanked canada afterwords. he said the reason was for time constraints... (???) and said he wanted to make sure the names of those countries who don't have a traditional relationship with america get recognized
they probably had a dozen people writing the speech. I hardly think it was a mistake..
it was no mistake, it was intended.... I heard that they might be a little pissed of at Canada for allowing the entry of many terrorists into Canada that eventually end up in the states... Our immigration laws are a joke, anyone can come and stay in our country and i think thats kind of bullshit cause we end up paying for these people...

I'm pretty sure Bush said something on the lines of "no need to consault BROTHER Canada" .... therefore he see's our country as family, so it's automatic that he knows where Canada stands without having to talk about it.
