Vestax vmc series.

I just found out about this series, and im surprised i've never heard about these mixers before. I mean, is it just me or is this an insanely cheap (yet basic) 4 channel mixer. http://www.decks.co.uk/products/mixers/vestax/vmc004

Has anybody heard any good or bad things about these mixers? Are they newer or older than the pvc 275?
