Help me ID this tune -- sounds kinda like G&D?

Heya, I heard a track in a Bax set that I really liked -- sounded kind of like Gabriel & Dresden, but I don't know.. Here's a segment of the vocals if anyone can help me out:

"I'm reaching up beyond the clouds
Where i know the skies are blue
And nothing's gonna hold me back

Memento featuring Anita Kelsey - New Life. I've heard two versions and I'd say the one you descibe is the Hold Me back Remix coz it's more G&D'ish than the Peter Luts Remix. Nice tune.
