too bad its just one of those movie vehicles that look cool but really aren't strong/fast.

It's interesting... but it ain't no batmobile. I still think the original batmobile from the first movie ( i think it was the first movie, which one was it where he was being chased and he got through an alley by blowing of the sides of the car and just using the tube looking middle section?)

When you think batman, you tend to think sleek and high tech, this doesn't quite seem that at all...

Because the movie takes place during modern times. All of the other Batman movies took place in the future.
