Dont think it will beat last years. Oakie, Tiesto, Jules, Fergie, & Halliwell but maybe! Its gonna be good no matter what though

Posted by sleepydragon on Aug-07-2004 20:05:

yeah it was quite a good mix last year even though oakey was crap

Posted by Jessica.S on Aug-07-2004 20:25:

All I can say is thank goodness they have "On Demand" replays of all their shows.
So many people are listening to the live stream, it sucks, as always.
Radio 1 refuses to get away from that shitty Real stream they use,
which chokes down when it gets overloaded,
and the sound quality sounds like it's coming through a plastic straw.

Once about every 3 min the sound gets really bad.

LOL, the BBC do a good enough job running television channels and radio channels and a website and numerous education programmes without having to worry about providing 192kbps streams for americans to listen to

we Brits pay for the BBC upkeep and im quite happy with the streams they provide

so true when I lived in America(just a week ago) I was addicted to Radio 1. If Americans are complaining they shouldnt because radio there is filled with comercials.

lol, the BBC is more than just 192kbps streams for rippers in foreign countries

shame its free reception in Ireland in some places

Posted by ga11agher on Aug-07-2004 21:32:

but of a heads up....

Expect Oakey to play the tilt track hes been caining the last couple of months cause he's just got hold of his copy on vinyl (the version he plays in previous sets was from cd) - perhaps not so much of a revelation as his set will most probably be very similar to the godskitchen set from last weekend.

and theres a good chance avb will be playing 'whiteroom' so it will be interesting to see how that goes down to a live audience - i've not had the chance to hear this on a live soundsystem as of yet.

should be a night to remember!

yep, i can listen to it on ntl digital. couldnt be arsed though

Supposedly, the EM tonight will be Paul Oakenfold, Eddie Haliwell, Seb Fontaine and Nic Fanciulli.
No AVB.
Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Posted by KrissO on Aug-07-2004 21:58:

But I want Armin

Posted by Semirk on Aug-07-2004 22:00:

If thats the case Oakey will trainwreck, same as GG? Maybe not seeing as he's probably not in a state to know what hes playing and in what order after listening to that shambals from him at GG.

Eddie always tears the roof down and I'll look forward to that set.

Nic Fancuilli and Seb Fontaine don't really interest me at all. I hope that Armin is on even if his set will be predicatble and ASOT episode filled.

Maybe I heard him wrong.

Posted by swisstoni_uk on Aug-07-2004 22:55:

Posted by InterMilan31 on Aug-07-2004 23:02:
