HeY Ppl.

Can somebody pleaz help me with idenifying a track???
Here is the description....

In the musik video there is this women who has a large heart, nobody likes her, so her heart gets smaller, and then this man comes and asks her if she wants to go for a cup of tea, so they do, and they say that they will call or meet each other again, then when they see each other again, she has a big heart, so he rejects her. They are playing this track in some clubs in germany I heard, and the musik video was seen on german television.
Does anybody know what this track is.
It is kind of hard for me to find this shit out because I live in the buttfuck of hickland U.S.A.
