what ya think of the tracks, and tracklist?
im afraid that no one is going to give you feedback unless you offer the mix for download.
tracklist looks a bit shit to be honest, starting with possibly the most over played track of all time is never a good start. and the tracks look very random
my website has too slow conneection to post a whole mix for someone to download
It's a good thing to start with a track that grabs the listener's attention, but this is a bit over the top.
If to be played at all, Silence is a track which you have to build towards, or at least I feel that way. If played out of the blue, I think it does not really make sense, no matter how good you think it is.
Notice that when you hear livesets or CD mixes of well-known DJs, they never start with a big crowdpleaser (as Silence is for a lot of people). If they play a track like that, they are building towards it, starting off a bit more mellow and slow and gradually cranking things up until the time is right to drop the bomb. That's building up.
For the rest of your tracklist, I can't really judge since I hardly know any of those tracks (trance is not really my favourite), but the Silmarillia is a good one
If you're building up towards it in a nice way, then it's placed right in this tracklist I suppose. But of course, that's hard to judge when you haven't heard the mix in full.
