Anyone ordered from Juno lately?

I put in an order for some tunes on Saturday (5 days ago) and they've still not arrived. Normally they only take a couple of days.
Anyone else having problems?

I have found juno to be a bit slower as of late. But the best thing to do would be to send them an inquiry. Good luck.

the juno site says to give it 10 days before enquiring... so i guess i'll just have to be patient til then.

I wouldn't suggest ordering at the weekend bacause they don't process them till monday.

I ordered a record friday evening once, and then ordered a record monday morning.

The record I ordered on monday arrived b4 the one I had ordered friday.

Ofcourse they dont process it till monday
BTW I ordered from them on Saturday (processed on Monday) and it arrived on Wednesday! Only 3 working days...

I ordered some 2 weeks ago from chemical and they still haven't been delivered. I'm guessin the mail system is delaying the shit out of them or they are stuck somwhere in customs

I haven't received my last 4 orders from Chemical and it's already been a month and a half. They've sent new packages to make up for it, but those haven't arrived either and it's been 2 weeks already. Let me know if yours comes in because if it doesn't then I'm guessing it's a fuck up on their end.

But yeah juno process saturday orders on a monday lunchtime.

I order from Juno a lot and they seem to be a little slower these days. I used to be able to place an order before 15.00 and it'd still arrive the next working day.

I'm now finding that my orders are generally taking two days to arrive but that could be due to the UK postal service generally getting worse rather than any problems on Juno's part.

Sometimes they come next working day, sometimes they take 2 or 3 days to come, just depends on how busy Juno and mail companies are I guess.

there is still a Post Office re-shuffle going on, which keeps delaying recorded deliveries (they keep getting lost too, we have had 3 go missing in the last 3 months at work). so maybe these people's records are still in this country. it really wouldn't surprise me at the moment.

what does that cost you in shipping as opposed to the regular 3.60 + 2.00 per each addition rekkid to north america?

I ordered from chemical and it took 10 working days for them to come. Was a bit pissed off so I rang them told them it was shit and they said I only pay �2 delivery cost for the whole order (7 tunes) and that they are sent by royal mail (uk) so they have no control over it.

Also if you do want a next day/special delivery you have to ask when making your order, this will cost extra but is well worth it. Nothing pisses me off more than waiting for something I've already paid for.

well the good news is they showed up. i went down to the royal mail delivery office to enquire, and they had them sitting there waiting for me to pick them up. the stupid postman had obviously just not bothered to post the card through my letterbox to tell me they were there.

I order from chemical every few days- large orders and small.
EVERY single time, they have arrived the next morning without fail- either royal mail recorded 1st class for smaller ones, or parcel farce 24hr for the larger ones.

Chemical are one of the few that DONT charge extra for recorded next day delivery

I been waiting on my Chemical order for well over a month now, and still nothing, I've sent 3 emails aswell and still nothing, I really wanna know what the hell is going on, I really hope its not CRs fault since I want to order from them again.

Also my buddy on here DJ Lazy has placed 3 orders and there all over the 21 day period and he hasn't got any of them either.

Has anybody got any info as to why they are soo fuckin late?, or anybody know anything I can do to find out what might have happened?

I always get my order 2-3 days after i make them, but this last month they seem to take 4-5 days to get here... i guess that's because of the holiday period.

Anyway, juno is still my favourite store. They keep it simple and quick.

Pretty sure it's a Canadian thing. I've talked to chemical records and they sent out new packages to me and also told me that they seem to be getting an unusual high number of complaints comming from Canada. So I'm convinced it's a customs thing.

I definitely think that somethings wrong with the postal service in the UK. It's been nearly three weeks and not a sign of my package. Last time I ordered from Juno it came in fucking four days!!!!!

recorded delivery is not guarenteed delivery. its just the same as normal first class post but with a signature at the end and �28 insurance. recorded delivery has taken 2 days for me to get my records a few times in the past (they say allow 1-3 days), but 10 days is a big surprise, and probably down to that re-shuffle i was talking about which is affecting some parts of the country. it takes the piss!

what that guy is talking about paying extra for is special delivery, which is guarenteed next day before 12pm (or 9am if you pay a little more), insured for up to �250.

tomfoord: its a bastard when they do that. they even do it with packages worth �800 in my experience.

well i ordered off chemical and juno in the last 2 days, we'll see how long these bastards take

I love Juno. The orders come within 4-5 days from England to Chicago. Fast shipping, good customer support, awesome inventory.

ordered from chemical and juno at 3:30 and 3:45 respectively yesterday.

Both arrived this morning, 8:30.

Excellent as ever-no difference to normal

yup, my chemical order (placed late friday night, yes i'm a dumbass) arrived yesterday, and juno's (placed yesterday morning) today.

which is nice.
