eat a load of fibre so it sticks together better .. nothing worse then a volcano like eruption on the toilet

I Book at the place I goto which is run by a cousin on the other side of the family (as in my auntie whos my mums sisters niece from marriage) but the woman who worked with her is leaving so I've been doing it myself for a bit with diastrous consequences
