DotVinyl Suck!

Just thought I'd warn people from ordering from these people in the future.

I admit I've ordered from them many times before in the past 2 years, with no problems and acceptable customer service - I have even recommended them to friends and colleagues.

This time they WILL NOT, ever pick up their phones - at any time of the day. Do NOT respond to e-mails. NO customer service. They're a bunch of c*nts!

They've technically stolen my money, they need to be exposed for what they are!

They can't deliver, and are slow at answering mail. And ESPECIALLY SLOW at refunding your money.

I had this problem.

Fedex 'lost' (theiving bastards) 200 quids worth of 24hr delivry records i ordered from them.

Didnt reply to email, and didnt answer their phone.
They have never ever answered their phone in all their years of trading.

Turns out i was using the wrong email address.
I had a delve into their site and found another one, and recieved a reply and full refund within 30 mins of sending the new mail.

they are good, but when they fuck up they do it big time. Although to be fair, i think its the thieving couriers they use rather than them

Holy shit, I never even saw that. They prolly sent out the vinyls to where I don't even live anymore. Thats so fucked up!

How on earth can DotVinyl get away with this kind of business?! It's clearly not just me that's been ripped off!

I'm still angry about it all. It's not even the amount of money I lost, it's the fact they're ignoring any communication I attempt to make, and blatently have NOT sent my order!

OH yeah, I went through the same ordeal. No replies from anyone. Its very bad busines!
