Numark PHX vs. Stanton DJ Pro 2000 S

I'm going to buy a new pair of headphones and i have a problem desiding between Numark PHX and Stanton DJ Pro 2000 S. Of you have had the chance to try both of these, please give me your opinion. Even if you have used either one, please tell me the good and bad things.
