"Let me take you on a tour..."

I need the name of this one tune. It wasplayed at CREAM by Tall Paul and the vocals are a man saying something to the effect of

"I'm going to take you on a tour, a tour of the twelve inch"

or something like that. And then a really hard bass comes on.

Does anyone have any idea?
