anyone got any ideas as to why i've got this mingin taste in my mouth for the past few days ?

heartburn, ate something that was bad, gums bleeding could be anything. Call your dentist.

floss you might have some food stuck in there. then use some listerine. if none of those work, then call your dentist. there may be an infection in there somewhere

1.Floss
2.Brush your teeth(dont buy cheap toothpaste)
3.Scrape your tonge(can be done with toothbrush)
4.Listerine

Try it for a week if it works keep going. You will have amazing breath.

Sometimes bad breath can be caused by little bits of food that get stuck at the back of your throat. You dont notice them really, but after a while bacteria build up on them and... well... basically start farting lol. Heartburn doesn't help the matter either, so if you get it a lot, it's a bottle of Gaviscon for you mate.

easy, brush teeth 2 times a day, chew gum after lunch and use mouthwash...

it could actually be the gingivitis causing ur gums to bleed from the infection you might have, either that or heartburn.
