All I can tell you its a Dutch festival where Marco V and Lucien Foort are playing at, and that the tune is from Marco V's set.

The vocals sound a lot like the 'techno'-music in the movie Supertroopers, where the German dude plays his music from his Porsche, lol.

Marco made a new version of this one some time ago, he changed the bassline. The one in the sample is the old version which he named the outdoor version. Logically, the new (and improved imo) one is called the indoor version

edit: the indoor version is in his recent EM

Good, but somehow I expect just a tad bit more from Marco.

Nonetheless, still good. I happen to like the vocals, I just think the production sounds a little bit weak coming from Marco.

Then you should listen to the version in his EM, cuz that's exactly what he changed

Nah, I actually heard the EM one first. Like I said, it's good, but I think Automanual and Solarize were better (not to mention the Bang Bang bootleg).
