Wait, I thought BushCo, Cheney, Halliburton, the Military, et al were all part of the massive, conspiratorial military industruial complex operating only in the interest of personal profit.

Well whadya expect at this juncture? It became painfully obvious just how badly Halliburton and its subsidiary KBR were overcharging for various activities and goods - of course the Pentagon was going to do something about it. If the Pentagon hadn't done something by now, THEN we'd have a real conspiracy on our hands.

But Halliburton was busted, partial justice was served. I've got no qualms with that personally. Too little too late perhaps, but the Pentagon had to do something with them.
