friggin P. Diddy...lol i've seen him twice at crobar in south beach. he's trying to get into the edm scene. first time we walked out of the club and my bf's car was gone (we had it valed in the front) and we walk out and there's this big white bentley there instead w/ P. Diddy standing next to it on his cell phone. he took our spot! we had to wait like 20 min for them to bring the car around.

then saw him again as we were waiting to get in .... the bouncer was JUST about to get us in for free but got distracted and was like, "hold on".... it was P. Diddy pulling up w/ his friggin entourage of "peeps" wearing a 3 piece suit. lol so we said, "screw that" and left. once a famous person shows up at a club, it sucks...everyone is all paranoid (the bouncers) and you can't even get a friggin drink... they're always making everyone get out of the way for like a mile ahead.

The only daily dose of hip hop I hear, is when Vivid is driving his car and he puts in his fackin CD's. Otherwise, its strictly old school rap and hip hop that I enjoy listening to. Back to Basics is where its at.

EASY! dont even get me started....there is A LOT to be said for hip hop...and i'm sick of everyone saying, "oh it's all about the OLD SCHOOL hip hop"....the new shit is just as good. maybe not all of it...but most of the hip hop played at clubs now is bangin new Jay Z album was awesome and 50 cent is a pimp and so is Petey Pablo...

Eminem is decent too. Alot of his songs are funny, and alot of his rhymes are good too. Who knows who's writing his shit though. Talib Kweli owns too. Check out his albums, as someone else mentioned. And The Streets. Ok, yes, its like garage meets hip-hop, but i still think theyve got some good tunes (Not the new cd...it SUCKS.)

yeah you're right...being shot 9 times and smiling about it does make one cool... hey...the fact that he is proud of it makes him my hero. not. hopefully he is smart enough to save a few of those hundred dollars bills for when the main stream folk get tired of hip POP and start honouring real hip hop artists again.

theres lots of good hip hop just nothing of the mainstream sort. And anyone who says Trance is 24k gold should get out and listen to some new music. Trance is great but its not the best thing since white bread.
