Yoshitoshi.com sucks ass.. i'm tired of havin to deal with them and they always avoidin my questions. i placed an order back in early July. after my order had been sittin in "Your order has been received and will be processed shortly" status for a week, i called. thas when they told me the records were on backorder. i had the option of cancellin or waitin. i asked how long and he said most likely a week or two and they'd get those two back. i waited, and called back. i've called them a ton of times already in the last two weeks tryin to get some sort of answer. everytime they tell me, we'll call u back, i never get anythin. somehow, one of them called me back yesterday after i had called and told me that "apparently" the items had shipped. so i called again today and asked if i can get a trackin number (like i was supposed to) and to let me know when they shipped. i paid for 2nd day shippin and i have a feelin the f#ckers sent the shit at some lower shippin. so i was supposed to get a call back. guess what? nothin.. i called back and dudes gone for today. their customer service sucks ass.. i want my fuckin money back.. this is just horrible. i understand the whole backorder, but the fact that they are basically avoidin my questions is fuckin pissin me off. neeeeeever ever gonna buy shit from these guys again..

I order 2 records from them a month ago and they sent me the wrong records. I tried email and phone to have the order corrected but no one would respond. When I finally sent an email indicating I would contact my credit card company they emailed me back some sh!t that they would correct the issue. It has been over a month and I still have the wrong records.

I will never buy ANYTHING from them again.

I spend over $300 a month on records and Yoshitoshi.com will never see 1 cent of it again!

WARNING Yoshitoshi.com SUCKS !!

I suggest to report this issue to the better business bureau as I have.

i think when they have the word SHIT in their business name it pretty much sums them up. just spam them with more mail about how you HAVE contacted your credit card company and a law suit will follow if need be etc. seriously, criminal punishment threats is all wankers like this understand!

i like some of yoshis stuff, but i hate the fact that i would have to buy double vinyl just to get one track

their mp3 shop is quite nice so i use that... no problems so far.
