Hey school Assignment - need help, about 50 ppl :)

Hi all, for my BOM assignment i have to survey a group of people (50) at least to find out about a new "business" i have to create. I just need some of u beautiful people to fill out a quick questionaire about my new "club". Much obliged, Casey.
