Need a program

Hey. I'm looking for a program that will allow me to mix tracks together and edit them. For example, say that during the end of DJ Tiesto - Urban Train, I want Dumonde - Never Look Back to kick in, but not from the very beginning, but like 50 seconds into it. Basically, I'd like to edit out the 'umc umc umc' parts of some songs at the beginning. Anything like that out there?
