"Hypnotic Influence?"

there is a tech-ish trance sound to this track, but i'm not sure who the artist is. i just heard this song on "John Digweed - Kiss100FM (7-11-04)" towards the 40 minutes mark. it's a very good track, pretty trippy and gotta love that funky sound to it. anybody knows what i'm talking about?
