"Ask any performing artist, whether they're comedian band member or dj, and they'll tell you that the best three UK cities for crowd reaction are probably Belfast, Glasgow and Newcastle. For this reason I'm always in a schoolboyish fluster of anticipation before visiting any of the three, and Newcastle's Promise is an awesome night to play.
