They Stole The Scream!

What a bunch of crazy robbers

btw, if you are wondering, Munch painted 3 versions of that painting and the one they stole is the most famous.

Art connoisseurs see something in it. I've never been a fan of art too much, so every "masterpiece" has been 'meh' to me.

They must've been pretty crazy to have wanted to do that.

I read about it earlier. The article says the Scream painting is worth between $60-75 MILLION! The other painting they stole of the Madonna is worth almost $15 million. So if they get those paintings to an auction........

The Scream painting has been stolen before!! Last time was not long ago! But they only walked in with a gun and were given what they wanted!

wtf? its that easy to make that much money? even small banks are better protected then that

I know... but robbery isnt that much of a problem here....
But its getting worse

Why would someone steal a famous painting?? It's not like they can hang it on their living room wall, and they cant sell it either. Idiots, lol.

Posted by Floorfiller on Aug-23-2004 00:07:

what do you mean they can't sell it? i'm sure their are buyers in the right markets...
