IMHO there is only one worthwhile drum synth vsti, waldorf attack! It does what it says on the tin and a whole lot more.

I couldn't agree more. I definitely prefer working with samplers like that over drumsynths although RMIV actually has a decent drumsynth as well.

I use Battery in every track but it isn't a drum synth so I didn't meantion it......took the question too literally maybe.

fxpansion dr-008. kicks ass out of attack both in terms of versatility, ease of use and vst implementation.
then you have linplug rm4 which is not nearly as powerful as dr-008.
battery is not a drumsynth, it's a drum sampler.
