Farewell....for now.

Just a temporary farewell--sorry to disappoint some of you. I will be gone for a couple of weeks and I just wanted to let you know how much you'll be missed. About this much.

Coupla weeks? What are you taking one of those fancy smancy european month long vacations? Unfortunately I just got back from mine and now it's back in the rat race.

Just call it a wedding and a honeymoon rolled-up into one. I don't plan on wasting much time on politics while I'm away! (Yeah, I might miss the whole RNC!).

The beauty of it all is that I fell asleep by the pool for a couple of hours yesterday with no sunscreen on, so I am cooked red all the way through. This should make the pictures interesting!

i'm on two weeks paid vacation too but it consist mostly of just sitting around the house. i waxed the car yesterday. it's 10:00 am and i'm drinking my last beer.

Thanks. First to Chicago, then I will be going to an island called Nevis. It's down in the West Indies. Cross your fingers for a hiatus in the current hurricane season!

Yup. That's the one. There's a Four Seasons on the island and they have a great honeymoon package. I need the break!
