Can anyone help me out?

After using FL Studio for 6 months....
I still cant use the AUtomation in the playlist...

I have edit the event editor in a Blank FX channel..
BUT.... how can i fill it in what instrument that i want to fill in??

Please help me with this thnx

if u edit sthg in the Fx channel only instruments routed to the same fx channel will be automated,if zat's what u want just draw the
pattern (where u edit the event) in the playlist!
