just because he isn't vocal, doesn't mean he isn't here. i think a lot of people fail to see the moderating that goes on behind the scenes.

maybe i shouldn't post this thread, but i wanted to thank ian for handling that situation and give him a little credit. a moderator should MODERATE not LEAD or PARTICIPATE. that doesn't have to come along with the job - that's a personal choice.

i have been a mod on other boards and i don't believe in deleting threads...but i have no idea if that's ian's reasoning or not

I spoke to Ian, he's working on it!! It's a lot of deleting, and also the fact that there are other threads that the idiot posted in that we don't want being fully deleted! Ian's around, he's working on it, and I think he's a very good, non-asshole mod

Just for the record, Im not trying to bash Ian or anything, hes an awesome and cool person, but I think at this point, he has kinda moved on and has other things going on in his life. I could be wrong, but thats my view.

You're right, usually it's just another mod that cleans things up for us.

I would be happy with Neo as our mod, despite what many people think and say about him.

He actually does his job and he's not scared to do it.
