As I know, this was produced by Takkyu Ishino in 2000. The record won't be easy to get

There is also a very cheap imitation of this track:

Theory:Kaos! - Electronic Surgery
(Melody is the same but without these nice vocals)

Ishino's stuff are not that common sadly, the guy is a pure genius.

Thee Maddkatt Courtship is an alias of FELIX DA HOUSECAT. I confused him with Takkyu.
