can some one tell me have can i export as mid in FL Stuido ?

Go to export, then choose MIDI.

Insert a midi out channel and put the data in there and export --> midi.

Woody4eva i did but it's not working exporting az midi but file not working

Eh, what don't understand what you're saying. I'll explain again.

In the Step Sequenser (where the synths, samplers are etc) right click and insert Midi Out (if it's not there click "more" and check it). Now put the melody on Midi Out channel and export pattern as midi.
