Recommendations For Simulation Games

I aint played any for a while and was wondering if you could recommend me a few games like Where you have to build things and run and manage things etc. For example Casino Inc and Sim City.

Look for these....

I would say try these....
Emperor Rise of the middle kingdom. - Chinese civilization.
Zeus - Master of olympus - greek civilization.
Caesar3 - Roman Civilization.
All 3 are in the same lines...from same developer. The top most one is the latest and with best features. But i loved all 3.

Tropico 2 - Pirate Cove is another 1 i have heard is pretty good. Though havent tried it.
