How would someone go about arpegiatting some sounds in Reason?

There isn't auto-arpeggiator in Reason.
Use sequencer and your hands...

try the matrix sometimes you can get a cool arp sound.

Hmmmmmkay... I figured out how to do it with the matrix...

Now, anyone could tell me or link me to a website showing some good note progessions (for arpeggiation)

I think Arpeggiator is very fast. And many trance songs uses it.
