Who's the producer?

The other day, I was on a shared computer at the local university and found a sweet sounding MP3 on it. Unfortunately, I have no idea who it's by. The only clues I have to its identity is the name of the MP3 which was just called "Restricted Area (2002)" and the track length - somewhere around 5:45.

Any idea who it's by?

(I'll bring along my flash drive next time, then try get the same computer (unlikely) and see if it's there (even more unlikely). If it is, I'll come and post a sample.)

Found the mp3 again, will post a sample tomorrow just to confirm. (Need to get home and get it so that it fits the posting requirements.)

EDIT: The guys who run the server where the sample is hosted on are upgrading their internal network, so there may be times when the download won't work.
