This should be considered spam IMO.

what is gmail, and we'll let the mods decide if its spam or not.

This topic is both irrelevant and innapropriate for these forums: firstly because this is a forum for discussion and this topic is not a discussion, and secondly because there are already several other threads on the same topic. Therefore, it is spam. Moreover, your post contributes nothing of interest to this forum. I'd be happy not to open the thread, but this one and others like it are cluttering up the forum (as I've already said), wasting bandwidth and interfering with the ability of forum users to quickly locate new topics of interest to discuss. There isn't any relevant difference between creating superfluous "gmail invites" threads and creating superfluous "pics of gurlz" or "where can i download mp3s" threads which are both against the forum rules. |
so everyones shooting their loads everywhere over some email accounts?
come on. myplay lockers were the daddy until everyone used one. once this gets popular it'll go the same way. plus, unless u intend sending people live sets thro email, whats the big deal? emails are tiny.

alot of fuss over nothing in my opinion over something which functions pretty much how it should anyway.
its not really spam, as its offering someone something which they cant get on their own. but it seems google are going to alot of trouble for small things.
noone cares about account sizes anyway, my isp email account is 223% of the allowed size, and i haven't had a complaint email
unless it can't get through

I agree with Arbiter, if I see another one of these stupid gmail threads I'll pm swamper. Keep it to one spam thread. I never knew how annoying it could be to watch nerds froth @ the mouth over free email accounts. Welcome to 1999 morons.

Last time i checked i can express my opinion on these boards and pm the mod and yes even swamper without your approval. No matter what the mod rules it's bad net etiquette even if it a gig a space.
Maybe the next Space Shuttle can jettison you out and you can enjoy an entire cosmos of "free" space.
