well i am a huge killy minogue fan, and unfortunatly, the huge english export, FIVE, boy band, just incase u dont know, have split today so i am gutted.

But seriously for the top djs, my top 3 are dj tiesto, paul van dyk, and judge jules, if you wanna hear good stuff get hold of there livesets. Or listen to judge jules on radio1 at 5 till 7pm on saturdays, if you are not in the uk it is broadcasted over the net, go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/dance/jules.shtml

well U should know some trax from every subgenre of trance so U could decide..
my "pointers" (as in huge artists and DJs) are:

BT - Flaming June, Namistai, Godspeed, Mercury and Solace, Remember
Mellow-D / Mellow Trax - Naturally voices, Together
DJ Tiesto - Close to you, Urban Train, any of the trax on the Magik compilations
ATB - Enigmatic Encounter, Love will find U, Don't stop, 9 PM ('till I come)
Paul van Dyk - Tell me why (The riddle), For an angel, Forbidden Fruit (for trax preffered by the TAs you can check, in the Polls forum, for a thread... the name will be enough, I can't post a link to it right now)

and try to DL stuff from the Songs/Videos sections on this site. They are pretty good pointers in themselves!

*grabs the mike...CHEESE ALERT!!!!!! hehehehehe
warren! hehe! anything from Paul van Dyk is good and DJ Tiesto, prob the two biggest name dj's but u wont be able to get heavey into trance from the net only having 56k dial up esspieclly with ntl! theres no clear cut way of saying whats good and whats not, i would say (this is me tho) listening to alot of live sets broadens the mind alot with new tracks, if you want a good live set, i loved this one, get GetRight (i can hook you up with this) and that program can resume big files for download, if u already have this or Go!Zilla download DJ Tiesto - At Club Eau 2nd Aniversary, its on www.tranceaddict.com under new tracks and live sets, very energetic live set, u should like

There is actually a decent Trouser Enthusiasts Mix of Kylie Minogue "Did It Again"!

Personally, I have found most everyone here on TA to have exceptional taste when it comes to trance and so the best way to hook up with the good shit is to check out a couple recent posts. These post titles aren't exact, just what I remember..."songs that make you smile", "best uplifting songs", "best songs to open a set with", "best songs to close a set with", "songs that bring a tear to your eye" etc. You get the idea. Just copy and paste into AudioGalaxy and you'll be good to go in no time. Oh yeah, also keep your eye on poster's sigs as a lot of us post our favorite tracks there. Welcome to TA and have fun. -Glyph

just stick by Dumonde and Fire & Ice ...... and you wont go wrong
but just listen to as much as you can, like what you think is good (with exceptions of Darude and ATB hehehe) and hang around these forums. You can't go wrong with trancEaddict

good luck!

Britney steps up to the podium, and a breast accidentally falls out of the blouse.
Oops!.. I did it again...

Download anything by Thrillseekers, Flutlicht, Airwave, Ferry Corsten (or Moonman), Signum, DJ Tiesto... I don't recommend ATB..hehe

wow!
I know most of ATB is cheese, though I tried to avoid his "most cheesey" songs (taht kinda remind me of Switzerland...hehe:P)
I love Enigmatic Encounter (done with Enigma), and it is a nice song. I know ATB has turned a little comercial these days, though his first stuff was better.

he's loosing the Spirit everyday now, unfortunately
