Help me by ID'ing this Supermodel!

Have you seen Ti�sto's "Love comes again" video? Well, I need to find out who the girl in the video is. The first time I saw the video, I fell in love, now, I'm obsessed. I thought that she was a simple girl who wasn't famous at all, but, as I left a party last friday, I noticed a big Ralph Lauren ad with this girl on it! Please help me by telling me her name. I'll post a video captured pic of her later to help you.

i am sure we can all sit hunched up over our keyboards and say they are average...

well, actually when you see most models n such in real life they do look average.....but this chick has got a nice face.
