SO, i'm driving home and there's this big old van (same shit from the A-team) in front of me, a honda SUV in front of the van. and another 80's body style american car to the left of me. Those ******s tried to pull some insurenece fraud shit on me. Cuz the Bitch in the in the SUV pulled into the bloody bikers only lane as if he were gunna park. Then right as I passed he pulled right behind me like literally a foot behind me boxing my ass in. Luckily I drive a fucking 2003 SI which has a bit of go power so I fucking pull left (cuz the guy in the american car fucked up and coulnd't keep up wiht the honda SUV) giving me just enough room to fucking swerve around the fucking van as it ebrakes on the road. Then the SUV fucking charges at me from behind at this point i'm driving in the on coming traffic lane and i swerve into a random street right b4 this median comes along. Him apperently not familiar with the neighborhood fucking hits the median I guess cuz I saw his lights bounce up.

Fucking asshole bitch ass mother******s

My guess is the van had about 20 people chillin up in it so right when I hit the ****** they could all sue my ass and claim insurence. People are seriously fucked up!

Hardly, if they did it that balatantly, they could't sue anyone. My guess is the driver was drunk.

I believe that is called the "Swoop and Squat." And yes, it is a very prominent insurance fraud technique.

Allstate Insurance has TV commercials talking about it.

But it's good that everything worked out for ya. It's better to be mad that it almost happened than to be mad that it DID happen, ya know?
