'9.30am'anyone else feel decidedly crap this tuesday morning?
'14.30pm feel much better now, although the tx programming system is shite and making my day annoying work wise'
I did drink over the weekend and smoke much to my throats dissmay however i seem to feel, frowny lets say. *proceeds to frown.
*tunes to ch4 for solace and lighthearted pap.
I've also just been told i can go to any of the disney theme parks for free 
'16.08pm' no one has yet to notice that i have dyed my hair 
took it easy didn't get too sloshed last night.
work 1:15-10:15 today

I know what you mean!!! I have not been drunk for at least a week, so that is totally shit! And I go back to fucking work tomorrow to face all the shit I left behind when I started my two weeks off! i can assure you that the work will have just been left in my office building up while I am away!
i feel alrite, but i'm not at work so its all good, probably feel like shite tomorrow when i'm back

quickly remedied with a cup of tea and a fag 
still feeling like shite from that weekend in liverpool
stuck in a boiling hot car all day long
I did the stupidest thing possible, Its been a bank holiday... but I decided to go out the night before I go back to work, I got wasted and had a shit day at work, my eyes r kinda bloodshot, which is never good

i felt good this mornign , im having a weeks holiday before harriet goes back to uni and i just got a new cat.
i had 3 hours sleep between sunday morning and monday night, and 4hrs of footie. 7hrs of work today (easy day) and a good 90mins in the gym.
w00t.
i don't feel shit, i just feel knackered. on bank holiday monday, i worked for double pay, and then went round to my lady's place
