personally, i am getting a bit tired of trance and progressive, and trying out different electronic stuff, such as dnb, and some james lavelle stuff. in any case, i dig on the hardcore that is played during da ali g show. who can point me towards some cds that i might want to pick up with the hi bpm's and harsh basslines? what is that genre even called?

Aphrodite is more like Jump Up....

Do yourself a favor and check out EvolIntent...theyhave some of the darkest hardest dnb out...it's so good!

I am as well. Do not know where to find it. I sometimes check Fabio & Grooverider on BBC and its class. I recomend that also Dynamite MC is good although there might be some rap, groovy rap though.(is there such a thing)

well if you come from trance into dnb , check out trance 'n'bass(subgenre of dnb)
it's the style i play out in alot of my sets,

check out stuff from pendulum, concord dawn, illskillz, john b, rascal & klone,vortex involute.. and many many more

but if you more like the jump up dnb like in ali g you better check out stuff by aphrodite, hazard,twisted individual, baron, dillinja,...
