Universal Control Remote/HELP

I want to program my tv with my Universal Remote Control but i cant since i lost the instuctions were all the codes were in oder to program it.

I searched everywere and cant find the codes and intructions.Can any one help me.ITs a Phillips Magnavox remote

LOL i did use goggle i guess i was using wrong keywords
