just saw it on the news. they are dismissing the trial because the victim doesn't want to continue...sounds like a load of crap to me...

Can someone fill me in about what has been happening? (apart the being let off part!) I heard about the allegations first came out in the news, but i haven't heard anything since.

How have people been viewing Kobe? Do most people think he was innocent or guilty? Sounds like he might have settled privately to me.
