i think this needs much more top end on the lead, the lead also sounds like its not fitting with the bass line somewhere, i think with some work this could be cool. keep at it tho dude

Noted! Thanks for the reply.

I had somehow fixed the Lead to sound fat and changed the Kick sound.
Any other comments??

Thanks to all who heard it!

this needs some eqing, on all areas

all the sounds are so supressed to the background, pads are to high filterd, don't like that.

the melody sounds quite cool, same with the chods of the pads, few nice fx am hearing, but the mix is just not good, work on that first before you going to seek new synths and sounds.

thanks mate for the reply.

Will look out for the Eq and the high filter cause before i proceed to do the main melody. Mixdown sound crappy for sure. Thanks for the wonderful guideline. Will load up again once I did something on it.

Cheers!

Hi m8. Good start to a tune, I like the direction you're heading in for this one. My suggestion would be to add some faster elements, definitely needs something to play off against the slower pads. The bass is hitting some 16th notes in there but it couldn't hurt to slip in something else. Hope that helps you make this tune awesome!

thanks for the advice mate, will look out for the stuff you mention.

I still new on these stuff but I dun get ur meaning of this:

Do you mean by adding one more Low Bass?

Thanks thanks. will work it out right.

First off, I really like the track. I wish I could make a track like this, but for one reason or another it doesn't come natural to me. That being said, I think you could utilize the entire sound spectrum by adding in some high frequencies. I have a feeling you might be a natural bass junkie, which I use to be. Other than that, awesome awesome.

All I mean is, the bassline has some elements that lie on 1/16th notes, i.e. the notes don't all lie on 1/8th or 1/4th notes. This gives an element of speed to the track.

You wouldn't have to use another bass on 1/16th notes, just something - maybe percs, mid-bass or some synth arps etc. Some else going quite fast to keep the energy up.

All the best!
