Room for rent in Newcastle Upon tyne

Hi,

�37.5/ week - one big room, furnished, all utilities in kitchen etc..... fridge, freezer, oven, micro...you get the idea.

Living with 4 other guys - 2 of em dj , 2 of em bmx.

all UNI students.

reason: Im moving out back to south shields.

distance from city centre: 15min walk,

distance from uni - 15 min walk

location: FENHAM
