TripleDecks.com is Closing after 6 Years

TripleDecks.com, the online electronic music store, is closing after 6 years, and we want to invite you to our closing sale, because we like you very much.

We're sad to close it, but even good things come to an end sometimes.

We have a lot of cool music still in stock, so come by and check it out before September 15th, at http://www.tripledecks.com

All tapes, CDs, and DVDs are 70% - 90% off.

Thank you,
Sad To See the Store Close - Mary Ann James
TripleDecks.com

p.s. If you are an enterprising young person and would like to continue what we started, please send us your name, phone number and an offer to [email protected]. No reasonable 4 figure offer will be ignored.

aye.... no wonder they're shutting down if they've been selling copyrighted stuff and in some cases stuff that's not even out

ummm, what are you talking about?

Anyway, do some research before you actually discredit the site. You'll find that Tripledecks has been highly involved in the global electronic music scene for 6 years. We are often the exclusive retailer of tickets online for North American events.

Take care,
Mary Ann James

as far as I'm aware - Haak - Frenzy (MK-S Remix) which is on that cd hasn't even been released yet by Armada, and the only way that dj could have the track would probably be to have downloaded an early version of it or something ?

Passiva - Glamorize
Was never released under that title, record label has never heard of this compilation so they could never have ok'd it.

Peter Dafnous - From Here to Eternity
The recordlabel that signed seriously screwed up this release, seriously doubt this is legit.

MIDOR & Six4Eight - Far East
Recordlabel has never heard of this compilation and never cleared it.

I could easily check up on most other tracks but I will save myself the effort as I know enough anyway...

Promo cds are fine if they are given away for FREE, this obviously isn't.

Very fishy indeed.

exactly. That's what made me suspicious to begin with cos i knew frenzy wasn't out just yet, and is probably only in the company of a select few, where a small-time guy here isn't going to know about it. Maybe taking action against the site is pointless if they're already closing, but they've obviously mader mistakes in what they're trying to sell and are in effect illegally selling copyrighted material if i'm correct (not sure on the laws on it)

lol, thread of the year imo, never felt so pleased with the detective work of our own TA's (well done Rob!)

a tear shed's from eye i couldnt stop laughing at this so hard.

Someone should PM avro and see if he knows anything about the CD actually being sold.

i'd be overwhelmed with happiness to see something like this go to court.

a four figure sum for a pirate online store. fuck off you little ****.

Owned.

It sucks that awesome TA producers can get ripped off.

The Airscape and Michael Woods Remix are my favs.

But if I had to pick from those 3, the Tiesto Mix.
