Recognize these vocals??

The following vocals are from DJ Irish Essential Trance 4 (Paul van Dyk_Nostrum_Dumonde from the 7 minute mark to the 13 minute mark.

I love this track, and would love even more to own it. This is a set I picked up a long time ago and I have no idea who this is. An id for this tune would be greatly appreciated!
