What is this tune?

I've got this track lying around on my PC named:

Altitude - Oakenfold - Bunker - Decent.mp3

It's a very nice tune but something tells me that the title is way off.

1. Who is the real artist?

2. What is the real track name?

I would post this in Unknown Tracks forum but unfortunately I can't post stuff there for some reason.

It probably refers to track 8 from Oakenfold's Travelling Cd...
