is this possible and with what?

I have a live set that is 70 minutes long and I want to have it split into the 15 tracks that make the set and at each beginning of a new song without losing the drop of a beat between songs. Is there a program for this? Or if I am going to have a pause is there a program that will allow you to put in cue points for each track and record?

Or else you could check out stainberg's wave lab (must be out there somewhere) It's da bomb for editing audio and burning it.
