yeah they're 5 stars, never had a problem with them fast, fast service and once I got a bad record and they sent me another free of charge. You'll notice that juno is one of the most respected online stores in the TA community go ahead

YES !!!

VERY RELIABLE !!! Been a customer for years.

One of my top 5 records stores.

www.chemcialrecords.co.uk ----> best all-around ( most of my business )
www.juno.co.uk--------> best all-around ( most of my business)
www.dancegrooves.co.uk-------> good store (buy from once in awhile)

www.dancegrooves.com ------> usually gets the newest stuff since they are from NL ( shipping to USA is crazy rarely purchase from store ; but excellent resource)

www.only-djs.com ---> best online samples ( shipping to USA is crazy, rarely purchase from store ; but excellent resource)

www.releaserecords.com ------> good store for upfront prog. vinyls ( shipping to USA is decent)

i love'm....no probs with me

Posted by Shudder on Sep-12-2004 23:59:

yes. very reliable. however i only use them as sort of a backup source since i get most of my stuff locally.

Posted by tu_face on Sep-13-2004 13:24:

yeah they are great, good catalogue and quick delivery. but the annoying thing is they only give you 1 minute samples

Posted by webbie on Sep-13-2004 14:27:

Juno rocks. A bit slower on the deliveries to Sweden then say Chemical Records, it takes
about 5-6 days for a Juno shipment to reach me and yes, the samples are on the shorter
side but aside from that they totally rock. I have lost alooooot of money @ Juno's.

I agree. If juno had the samples lengths that www.oly-djs.com had and also had the ratings of www.dancegrooves.com..This site would be CRAZY AWESOME!!!

I think I should write a letter to juno management team.

I want all their records for myself.

being a UK site, they recognise that there will be people on 56k buying from them, which i think is why they only offer 1 minute mp3's.

what they should do, is do it like chemical records and have it in real audio. the quality isn't that much different, and now that there's a real alternative plugin for media player there is no excuse.

does the U.k have the most 56k users?

broadband connections are not as widespread in this country as they are in many other countries in europe, and in the US. we are stuck with the problem of not enough telephone exchanges, and not enough room to build more. that, coupled with the fact that cable is an arse to install and not many people want their roads digging up.

take me for example, because i live 0.5km too far from the exchange i cannot as yet get broadband
