Cheesy vocal trance ID

Fairly cheesy track this but I love it.

Female vocals along the lines of
"Tonight the DJ makes his move and all the sweat drops from the roof"
Or something very similair.
Theres also a male vocal sample used b4 the breakdowns shouting "Turn It Up"

It is cheesy and borders on eurodance but mayb someone know it?
