MARCO V!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO, MARCO V WILL NOT BE PLAYING IN THE LOVE PARADE (from what I know).
At the wundervul intimate venue that is MIGHTY!
In his first SF encounter last Labor Day weekend, many people were skepticle about Marco V, while few were ready for his amazing skills. After that night where Marco V played one of the best trance sets in SF in all 2003, people wanted him back ASAP. Spundae granted us our wish in May at their Memorial Day Weekend Party. With Marco V blowing everyone away once again, keeping the dance floor packed until 6am when security forced him to stop, there was no doubt that he would be back sooner than later...and that time has come!!
(Note: The above statement was just thought up by me...it is by no means an official statement, lol.)

holy shit we will be coming to Sf on friday......this is fuckin perfect! i get to see Marco then love parade the next day!! fuckin w00t! yo dave how is that club at spotting realy good fake ID's that scan.....i go clubbing everyhwere in LA but i have had a problem with one venue only because their security guys are fuckin pros? any info would be appreciated!
I'm gonna be in SF that friday too... HELL YEAH!!! I'm already gonna miss him on Halloween Night as I will be at MONSTER MASSIVE and he will be at Spundae.. This way, I can see him too!!!! HELL YEAH!!! I've never seen Marco V in LA.. Everytime I've seen him, it has been in SF, and yes that LABOR DAY 2003 was one of hise best sets I've ever heard!!!! KICK ASS!!! I'm fucken wet now, cuz he's one my fav djs in the WORLD!!!!!! KICK ASS!!!!

Just you DON'T start freaking out, here are some helpful hints:
Opel is not in the business of progressively jacking up presale prices. Thank god. The after-party at Kelly's Mission Rock - it' one of my favorite spots in SF to party at. It's on the water and partially outdoors (has three large decks). Should be fun time. The pre-party at Mighty - the place can be a bit harder to find if you aren't from SF. Use a map. It's a cool little warehousey-spot. It's usually not crowded.

Is the MARKO V playing at the Spundae Love Parade Pre-Party (Oct 1st) the same as MARCO V from the Netherlands? I ask, cuz tickets are ridiculisly cheap, and it's not on Marco V's website or his agents! PAM DJ's has him booked that night in New York, so I'm wondering if it's the same Marco V or not? And, I also noticed that on the Spundae SF Page they spelled MARKO V with a K, not a C....
If you go to Spirit's site, Marco V is not listed. If you go to the NYC TA party calendar thread, they have him listed at Avalon NYC...but that is not listed at nextticketing whioch handles Avalon NYC presales. So.......
I have to think that Syd/Opel is not jerking our chain on this one.

Everything I see is spelled with a 'c'.
$10 is not unusual to me. Presales for past Friday Spundae events have always been $10 in San Francisco, unless it's a big big DJ.
Opel events are usually inexpensive. Also it's all about the Love right?
I would send an email to either Syd@Opel or Michelle@PAMDJs if you want to know for sure. By the way, I've never felt that the PAMDJs site has been super up-to-date anyways. Well I amplaning to get a presale for this anyways.

Yes, it's THE Marco V from Holland/Netherlands. No doubt, this is going to be a great night.
Marco V's site had NY listed for Oct 1 at a time, but it's gone now. I imagine PAMDJ's is just a tad behind. There's usually a couple differences between their lists.
I was given permission to post about the gig before it was announced by the head honcho at Spundae Productions...and he doesn't like anything to be yapped unless it's 100% confirmed. So I would say this is a 100% confirmed gig and he's stoked that it's at Mighty.
I would see this as a gig not to make money, but to just have a good time. If they break even, they will be overjoyed.
PS. Spunade has announced this gig too, with a nice big fat pic of Marco V.

Yeah Dave, Leslie confirmed it earlier today. I will be there!!! Thank god, I took that whole week off from work!!!!!

For an Opel event, you are encouraged to dress up as freakish as possible (probalby more-so on Saturday). Be prepared... and welcome to SF if you're visiting
