its a lot better, but we should of had it when ME was released. Its loads more reliable, than win9x and it has the compatability that win2k lacked.
download it!

yeah i'm sticking with my win2k till i do.
mes getting a powerbook g4 for SURE now in the upcoming months. wooooo! yay! that thing's a beaut.
Windows XP is definitely the best Windows ever. I recommend it 100%.
Sure it has somme issues, for example it doesen't detects my scanner, but it is just starting, i'm sure the final version will fix that and the hardware companys will release new drivers.
Here's what I did: I installed XP on another partition so that I can use my scanner with the old Windows.
If a driver or a program is not compatible, a Windows 2000 version of the driver or program will sure work. This is because XP is built under the NT platform (Thats why it is the most stable Windows).
Some of the cool features I admire most are the excellent graphic interface, it never crashes, it is really fast and the Hibernation mode kicks azz.
I downloaded it from Direct Connect.
P.S. I have Mandrake 8.1 on another partition and not even Linux can beat the Comfort of Windows XP.
i have the final version of XP built 2600 for about a week and i like it more than 98se. it is more stable, faster, compatable with all my software, hardware, and mp3s. i did a fresh install which took almost 3 hours but it solve all the problems. i too recommend it. if u do get it, get the professional corparation version or the devils0wn version because it dont include the stupid activation thing.
Yooohooo !! I jsut got a SONY P 4 , 1.5 Ghz, 60 gigs, 256 RAM, 400 Mgh front bus, etc etc etc.. with the new Windows XP home edition, damm its a very kewl new look.. I like alot .. very different, and its been working fine for me.. well.. its my 1st day so .. hehehehe .
nice nice liquid.
i'm jealous. hehe. i can't wait for my TITANIUM!! AHHHH! hehehehe. i won't be using anything else! lol.

Pro-Tools is the best production tool out there (and i mean in terms of audio editing, like making radio commercials, not producing trance)
as a radio production major in college, this is my holy grail... mmmm, and it's full of features...
i've heard that a full setup can cost upwards of $15,000
that's some pretty expensive shizat
